I've been helping leaders design and execute change for over 15 years.My unique strength lies in blending the art and science of strategy and decision making. Part coach, part consultant, always focused on the key decisions my clients need to make. I help my clients overcome indecision, align their teams, and drive transformative change.In addition to my foundational pillars of leadership and decision science, I bring deep expertise in commercial and sales strategy--spanning over 200 different initiatives across multiple industries.
I've also become the "go to guy" for those feeling stuck, especially in their career or with a big life decision. It breaks my heart to see people get stuck on autopilot, just going through the motions, so I offer coaching to help get unstuck and start moving.
